Description

EPOXEAL is a natural-look, low sheen surface sealer designed to resist stains and allow moisture vapor transmission. Sealer repels all water-based fluids effectively from entering into the porous stone and its performance will not affected by exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays. Tremendous adhesion surface sealer

Uses

Suitable for use on rough surface stones, pebble wash, sandstone and porous stone, concrete floor, terrazzo, slate, terra-cotta and masonry (interior and exterior application)

COVERAGE:

Approximately 800 to 2,000 ft² (74 m² to 185 m²) per gallon (3.785 Lit) depending on type of tiles, porosity and texture of surface, temperature, humidity and method of application

EXPECTED WEAR:

Will vary depending on hardness and texture of surface, type of area, surface wear, frequency and type of maintenance products used. The expected wear is up to 3 years. Extreme weather conditions, harsh cleaning methods and high- alkaline or solvent-based cleaners will affect wear

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

• TEST A SMALL AREA with a 24-hour cure time to determine the ease of application and desired results. Test for stain repellency using likely contaminants.
• Wash the top surface of the stone with Master Stone Cleaner (recommended) to remove all dust, dirt and soils before sealer.
• To give effective protection on porous stone, allow the first coat of sealer to dry in the interior of the stone for at least 30 minutes to 1 -hours before applying second coat of sealer.
• Do not allow excessive sealer to dry on the surface, especially a polished marble  and granite surface.
• Ready to surface traffic 20 minutes, Full cure 24 hours sealer application.

EPOXEAL น้ำยาเคลือบหิน

 เป็นน้ำยาเคลือบหินชนิดเงาน้อย  สูตรน้ำ  ปกป้องผิวหน้าหินให้เงายาวนานเป็นพิเศษ  เหมาะกับการ ใช้งานทั้งภายในและภายนอก  ความชื้นสามารถระเหย ผ่านได้ดี ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อป้องกันคราบสกปรกไม่ให้ซึม ผ่านเข้าไปฝงตัวในพื้นผิวได้  จึงช่วยให้การทําความ สะอาดได้ง่ายขึ้น เหมาะสําหรับกระเบื้องดินเผา พื้นทราย ล้าง พื้นซิเมนต์  หินผิวหนาพ่นทรายและหินผิวหน้าพ่นไฟ  พื้นทรายล้าง หินกาบ หินทราย กระเบื้องดินเผา

TEST A SMALL AREA : ทดสอบในพื้นที่ขนาดเล็กก่อน

ขั้นตอนการใช้น้ำยา

1. อ่านฉลากให้เข้าใจก่อนใช้งาน
2. เขย่าก่อนใช้
3. ทดสอบในพื้นที่ขนาดเล็กก่อน  หลังจากน้ำยาแห้งสนิท 24  ช.ม.  เพื่อทดสอบคุณสมบัติและผลของน้ำยาถึง  ความสามารถในการป้องกันคราบสกปรก
4. สําหรับพื้นใหม่ ให้ลงน้ำยาหลังจาการยาแนว 24  ช.ม.
5. พื้นผิวจะต้องสะอาด แห้ง และไม่มีน้ำยาเคลือบใด ๆ
6. ลงน้ำยา 1 ถึง 2 รอบ โดยใช้ฟองน้ำ   หรือแปรงทาสี
7. ปล่อยให้แห้งประมาณ 30 นาที ก่อนลงน้ำยารอบต่อไป
8. ควรปล่อยให้พื้นแห้งสนิทหลังจากการลงน้ำยารอบ สุดท้ายอย่างน้อย  6  ช.ม.
9. น้ำยาจะทํางานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพหลัง  24  ช.ม.
10. หลังจาก 2 ชั่วโมง ให้ทดสอบว่าพื้นผิวได้รับการ เคลือบอย่างสมบูรณ์ โดยการหยอดน้ำลงบนพื้นผิว ถ้า น้ำซึมเข้าไปให้ลงน้ำยาอีก 1 รอบ และรออีก 2 ชั่วโมง เพื่อ ทดสอบสภาพพื้นผิว

ข้อควรระวัง

• เก็บไว้ให้พ้นจากมือเด็ก
• ห้ามรับประทานโดยเด็ดขาด
• ห้ามทําให้เข้าไปในร้างกาย
• สวมถุงมือและแว้นตาป้องกันขณะปฏิบัติงาน
• หากรับประทานเข้าไป  ห้ามทําให้อาเจียน  ดื่มน้ำ   1 ถึง 2 แก้ว  ส่งพบแพทย์ทันที
• เข้าตา  ล้างออกด้วยน้ำสะอาด  ส่งพบแพทย์ทันที
• สัมผัสผิวหนัง  ล้างออกด้วยน้ำสะอาด

การเก็บรักษา

• ปิดฝาให้สนิทหลังใช้งาน
• เก็บน้ำยาไว้ในภาชนะนี้เท่านั้น
• เก็บไว้ในที่มีอุณหภูมิ 10-27 องศาเซลเซียส
• ควรกําจัดภาชนะที่ใช้งานแล้ว ตามกฎหมายกําหนด

การดูแลรักษา

ควรใช้น้ำยา Master Stone Cleaner สําหรับการดูแล รักษาประจําวัน เนื่องจากน้ำยาทําความสะอาดทั่วไปมี ความเป็นด่างสูง ส่งผลให้พื้นผิวหมอง
